Cut Chemist, one of the most forward thinking producers and DJs in hip-hop, a founding member of the seminal Jurassic 5 and the award winning Ozomatli, has been an icon for decades. Together with DJ Shadow and Johan Kugelberg (founder of Boo-Hooray), Cut Chemist conducted the worldwide tour “Renegades of Rhythm” in 2013, in which Afrika Bambaataa's personal record collection was mixed and played live as a tribute to the original architect of hip hop.
