Phyto-Khol Star Matte Eyeliner Pencil

• Twist to slightly extend the tip of the pencil.
• Place the pencil along the upper lash line and trace a line along the length of the eyelid. Adapt the thickness and shape of the line to achieve the desired look.
• The creamy tip allows for a tailor-made result: for a deep and intense look, apply the pencil along the lower lash line; for smoky eyes, apply the pencil to the eyelid, blend or smudge the line with an eyeshadow brush.
