- In the evening, warm 4-6 drops in palms and press into cleansed, damp skin. Follow with your favorite moisturizer.
- If you have sensitive skin, use the PM Oil three nights a week, alternating with the AM Oil on the other nights.
- For optimal results, use the AstaFusion® AM and PM oils as a duo, applying the AM Oil in the morning and the PM Oil in the evening 3 times per week.
